12991 Pierce Road

  • 1 lot is split into 22 lots on 1.96 acre site
  • 22 three stories (approximately 35 to 39 feet in height) buildings are to be built
  • 71 out of 77 trees on the site are requested for removal.
  • Site access would be from both Comer Drive and Pierce Road.
