As of September 7, 2026, the City of Saratoga’s 14076 Quito Road page still schedules the project for the September 9, 2026 Planning Commission meeting. The proposal is 69 condominium/townhome units (55 attached three-story units in 12 buildings plus 14 affordable ADUs) on a 3.85-acre vacant site at Marshall Lane.
