On CEQA
Ask whether emergency access, evacuation, and cumulative hillside load are analyzed — not only unit counts.
On Builder’s Remedy
Builder’s Remedy and other streamlined housing laws limit some local discretion, but the applicable review process varies by project. Consult the city record and governing statutes before making a project-specific legal claim.
