Two hearings after Masson: Quito Road Sept 9, Oak Place Sept 16

CRED rebuilt the tracker from the city’s 21 Builder’s Remedy pages. The next public dates are Planning Commission and a neighbor appeal.

On August 19 the City Council granted the Masson Estates appeal 5–0. That is not the end of the calendar.

The city’s 14076 Quito Road page, updated this week, schedules a 69-unit condominium/townhome project for the September 9, 2026 Planning Commission meeting (3.85 acres; 111 trees proposed for removal).

14486 Oak Place: Planning Commission approved a four-unit project July 8 (AB 130 CEQA exemption). A neighbor appealed July 20. The city page now lists the Council appeal as scheduled for September 16, 2026. Confirm the live agenda before you travel.
