Status

Builder’s Remedy project (Chateau Masson). Formal submittal raised the count from 21 to 25 homes. Homes 2,375–7,723 sq ft; 367 trees proposed for removal. Planning Commission denied the project 5–0 on July 8, 2026 (emergency access, response, and evacuation). Applicant appealed July 13 (APCC26-0003). After a long August 19, 2026 hearing, City Council voted 5–0 to grant the appeal, including EIR certification and conditional approval of design review and a 25-lot tentative map.
