Status

On August 5, 2026 the applicant withdrew the Builder’s Remedy file per an MOU (Council approved Nov 19, 2025; executed Dec 3, 2025). Alternative application: Planning Commission Feb 25, 2026; Council Final Map and Williamson Act cancellation May 6, 2026. Withdrawal ran 91 days later with no qualifying challenge. Informational only: the withdrawn BR scheme was 24 SF, 85 townhouses, 84 flats, 38 ADUs (47 lower-income), three stories / 39 ft, 461 parking spaces.
