Our Neighborhoods. Our Safety. Our Future.
CRED neighborhood fundraiser and gathering

Join us for a neighborhood gathering to support CRED’s mission of responsible development, public safety, and community advocacy in Saratoga.
As Builder’s Remedy developments continue to affect Saratoga, particularly its hillside neighborhoods, important concerns remain about wildfire safety, emergency evacuation, traffic, and environmental impacts.
CRED (Citizens for Responsible & Equitable Development) has taken legal action challenging the City’s approval of the Masson Estates project on Pierce Road, raising concerns about wildfire risk, evacuation safety, and the development approval process. A filing is not a court ruling, and CRED does not promise a judgment or a project reversal.
We invite neighbors to join us for an evening to:
- Stay informed. Learn about Builder’s Remedy projects and CRED’s lawsuit.
- Connect with neighbors. Talk about development impacts, public safety, and community concerns.
- Support CRED’s work. Help raise funds for public education, independent review, advocacy, and accountability.
Why your support matters
CRED is a volunteer-driven nonprofit committed to responsible development and to the safety and well-being of Saratoga residents.
Your financial support is what keeps this work going. There is no ticket price for the evening. A gift of any size is welcome, and giving is separate from registering. Together, we can help keep community safety, responsible planning, and residents’ voices central to Saratoga’s future.
Your gift supports CRED’s charitable mission. CRED has filed CRED v. City of Saratoga, et al. (Santa Clara Super. Ct. No. 26CV503751). Gifts remain unrestricted, and the board may direct them wherever they will best advance CRED’s charitable purposes. CRED does not promise a judgment, a project reversal, or any other result.
